The ACF2 cross-reference report, ACFRPTXR, needs to be able to report for a dataset on each of the permissions available. That is, have the default to report on all access and add parameters to report on READ or WRITE or ALLOC or EXEC or any combination thereof. This will greatly help when performing compliance audits to see who has WRITE or ALLOC on a dataset.  Or for PII data, who has READ on a dataset.  The current report testifies on everything which produces false positives that you have to run a test on to prove that the access is not present to the Audit Staff.
