The Interceptor Utility, CAISMFU, displays the status of the SMF exits installed by CAIRIM.  The display includes the product that is associated with the SMF module, the version of the module, the name of the module, the purpose of the module and the status of the module.

The utility itself can be run as a batch job, as a started task, or from a TSO CLIST.

• As a batch job - sample JCL for the utility is found in member CAISMFU of CAW0JCL
• As a started task - a sample proc for the utility is found in member CAISMFU of CAW0PROC
• From a TSO CLIST -  a sample CLIST is found in member CAICSMF of CAW0CLS0
