Partner Portal - Price Books and Existing Quotes

  1. What has changed with price books or SKUs?
    Response:     Price books will not be changing at this time, but there are plans to rationalize the SKUs and Pricelists. Partners will be notified of changes. Partners should refer to PartnerNet for pricelists and SKUs.

  2. What will be changing with price quotes?
    Response: Existing Symantec quotes will be honored through their expiration dates. All new quotes will be honored for 90 days post Day 1; however, you will need to get support from the SRC if any changes to your quotes are needed.
  3. Will there be several currencies (i.e. in France we can place orders in € (business price list) or $ (corporate price list)?
    Response: We will not maintain separate price lists. Euros, USD and British pounds are available.
