Did you know that there are new functions and capabilities being added to CA Datacom products all the time? Some of these features might help improve your processing, others might help with database management, and others might allow you to do things you didn't even know you wanted to do!

CA Datacom: Table Move 24 by 7A new CA Datacom facility can reorganize the tables in a data area into a new dataset without an outage. If there is no maintenance to the tables during the facility's execution, the rows in the data tables will be in pristine native key sequence when complete.
CA Datacom Block Size Alter 24 by 7 (BA24)A new CA Datacom facility allows a user to modify an existing database data area to use a different block size without closing the database. Besides changing the block size, if there is no maintenance during execution of this new facility, the data will be in pristine native key sequence when it completes.
Mobile Access to CA DatacomThis session will explore some of the benefits of using RESTful APIs with CA Datacom, how such an API might be done and a demo of an example API and phone app.
CA Development Environment for z and zOSMFThis session is a live demo made up of two parts. The first session will be on CA Development Environment for z Systems (CA DEz), a dashboard example and plug-ins. The second session will provide a demo of zOSMF for configuration and installation of a CA Datacom Version 15.1 environment in a few steps. zOSMF will be the replacement for the current CA Chorus Software Manager.
