You will get following two options:
1. Unsubscribe for a period of 90 days
2. Unsubscribe completely from all future CA Technologies communications.
Make sure you enter a valid email which is required.
If you "totally" unsubscribe, I would caution you: You won't receive onboarding emails with alerts to Product Support Related Content, Webcast emails, and you won't be able to sign up for the Roadmap Presentations... those are all sent via the same system.
