How can I access my Site Environtment Profile and Attachments with the New Support Portal?

For Site Environment Profile:

If you have only a Site Profile and no attachments, you will make request to the Customer Care team.

 

For Site Environmental Profile Attachments:

If you have attachments uploaded to your site profile you have the following options:

 

Option 1: Via Browser

  1. Enter ftp://supportftp.ca.com in your browser window.
  2. Enter your Support Online credentials when prompted.
  3. Select the site ID the profile attachment you are looking to access is associated with.
  4. Click on the site_ep_attachments folder
  5. Select the profile attachment you wish to access.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Option 2: Via FTP Client (e.g. Filezilla, WinSCP)

  1. Enter supportftp.ca.com in the Host field.
  2. Enter your Support Online credentials.
  3. Select the site ID the profile attachment you are looking to access is associated with.
  4. Click on the site_ep_attachments folder
  5. Select the profile attachment you wish to access.
