You are working under CSM 6.0 to apply maintenance for your CA products.
Your maintenance is in the SMPPTS1 dataset which is not taken into account.
Here is the explanation:
In fact, there are no CSM / MSM releases which support the SMP/E spill datasets features (SMPPTS1).
So a workaround is to manually re-allocate a larger SMPPTS and to copy all your maintenance to this SMPPTS to use it under CSM.
