We have had quite an interest in confirming if CA Easytrieve releases 6.4 and 11.6 are compatible with COBOL 5.2.
The answer is a definite "YES".
PTF RO84144 (for release 6.4) and PTF RO82431 (for release 11.6) are now available for you under Support ONline.
Once the PTF has been received and applied, you will notice three more macro members in your CA Easytrieve CAIMAC (6.4) or CBAAMAC (11.6):

CBLII521
CBLS1521
At this time, you may then use the Cobol Convert COBOL PARM with a choice included now for the value of 'I521' when invoking CBLCNVERT from a CA Easytrieve program:
