Tech Tip from Karina Pulinx , Principal Support Engineer , for August 24 , 2015 .
After upgrading to CA Datacom version 14.0 you might see warning messages about missing passwords on the ELEMENTS when running DDSDCLM .
12.0 DDSDCLM ran fine and the report was clean . So why are these messages showing up now ?
DDSDCE100A ELEMENT AGGREGATE.AGR-REQRD PASSWORD DOES NOT MATCH BASIS ( /****)
DDSDCE100A ELEMENT AGGREGATE.AGR-STATS PASSWORD DOES NOT MATCH BASIS ( /****)
DDSDCE100A ELEMENT AGGREGATE.AGR-USER PASSWORD DOES NOT MATCH BASIS ( /****)
…
14.0 DDSDCLM does password checking on the ELEMENTS while 12.0 DDSDCLM did not .
If you find you have missing passwords then you can run DDUPDATE using the cards from attached file to set the password to DD .
After running DDUPDATE run DDCFBLD –HSD RESET before running DDSDCLM again .
