The CA SymDump for CICS release 9.1 CTS 5.3 fixes are now available GA. Support for CTS 5.3 is only available in release 9.1.
The fixes are RO88869 FMID (CABA910) and RO88870 FMID (CABQ910).
Once you apply these fixes then you review the install guide and just follow the steps for installing the product.
Fix RO88870 FMID (CABQ910) has a HOLD action for migrating the CTS 5.3 RDO entries to the DFHCSD file as listed below.

Use Sample JCL member CSDINT70 to add the new CICS table entries to your CSD for Intertest. (Skip this step if CA InterTest for CICS r 9.1 is not installed)
Use Sample JCL member CSDSYM70 to add the new CICS table entries to your CSD for SymDump.
Add new CTS 5.3 libraries to your SymDump trace format region. Sample JCL member TRCMSAMP can be used. (Skip this step if you are not using a trace format region)

If you also have CA InterTest for CICS release 9.1 installed in the same SMP/E environment with CA SymDump for CICS release 9.1 then you need to apply one additional fix RO88877.
Fix RO88877 is for FMID (CCSA910). Once this fix is applied you will migrate the CA InterTest for CICS CTS 5.3 RDO entries member CSDINT70 to the CSD file.
