If you're not familiar with self-service, there's a lot of information available at your fingertips on our site - Knowledge Documents, documentation, solutions, and product information such as this video illustrates. This video may be a way to familiarize yourself with that aspect of our Support offerings. Self-Service is a great way to start trying to find answers to any problems you may encounter.
