How-To: Update the CA Workload Automation Agent version number in the Windows Services (MMC) and in Control Panel -> Programs and Features

Please find attached a simple procedure to change the CA Workload Automation System Agent service name on MS Windows systems. This may be useful after applying a System Agent patch to upgrade to a new Service Pack level.
