Subject: SYSVIEW 17.0 Continuous Delivery Feature PTF General Availability Announcement

As part of our ongoing commitment to customer success under the Continuous Delivery model, we are pleased to announce the General Availability (GA) of the following feature PTF:
LU08803 - CICS TS 6.2 ETP07 Open Beta Support
This feature PTF provides SYSVIEW users with compatibility support for IBM CICS Transaction Server (TS) version 6.2 ETP07 Open Beta. Other updates included with this PTF are -
- CICS transaction detail (CTRANLOG) SMF record was enhanced. SYSVIEW customers can view and set thresholds on MNS_XSNLNACT and MNS_XSNLNFCT metrics (SECURITY NOLOG NOTAUTH and NOTFND requests) at various places within SYSVIEW (on the SMFRPT display when an SMF record is selected, EXPLORE Report Writer, Easytrieve).
- CSIT command was enhanced, increased the length of the Option field from 12 to 32 characters to accommodate longer CICS System Initialization Table (SIT) parameter names. Also, new CICS TS 6.2 parameters are displayed.
- METRICS command was updated to display a new field named C75, this will allow SYSVIEW users to know which CICS metrics are valid for CICS TS 6.2 (7.5.0).
- New map source member (CICSMP75) was updated. This will allow SYSVIEW users to create a CICS TS 6.2 map member to map CICS DSECTs in storage using the MAP command.
