  • 1.  Support Portal does not show my Open Case on the Home tab [My Open Cases]

    Here's what my Home tab looks like, even though I have one open case.

    When I go to the My Cases tab, it shows up.

    Hi @Douglas Seaver,

    As per the screenshot shared the Status selected is = Closed
    Please refer to this KB Creating and customizing case views on the Broadcom support portal to create a new view.

    If you still face any issue or have questions, Please raise a case by selecting the product as "Support portal"

    Thank you. I don't have an issue with the My Cases or All Cases tabs.
    The status in the screenshot is actually [cid:image008.png@01DA7B9D.9FD2B880]

    So it is showing my open case in whatever non-closed status it is in (yesterday it was Pending Customer Action).

    I was just wondering why the Home tab says My Open Cases but does not show my open case. Unless the status has to match exactly to Open.
    The document doesn't seem to indicate a way to customize the Home tab (or I may be misreading something).

    Hello Douglas, 

    Thank you for reporting. We have already made an ask with the enhancement team to change the default view/feature in Dashboard and Wolken Home Page where the cases which are NOT closed shall be displayed (the logic currently I believe is "Status = Open" to be changed to "Status = Not Closed")

    They will be processing this request in coming days.
