    Welcome HostBridge to the Broadcom family!

    With the acquisition of HostBridge, the support system has been integrated into the same Exceptional Broadcom Mainframe Support that you have been working with for all your Broadcom Mainframe products! 

    In order to open a ticket for HB.js or HTAC, follow the below instructions. 

    1. Go to support.broadcom.com
    2. Log in with your current credentials
      1. If you don't have an account - Click on register
      2. Enter your business/organization e-mail address and follow the prompts. 
      3. You will need your siteID to be associated with your products/account.
    3. Once you are logged in to the support portal, you can click on Mainframe Software under software and open a ticket. 
    4. Select your product, HB.js or HTAC, provide details and submit the case.
