The Spool team is pleased to announce the availability of PTF LU09425, Online 2.0 Enhancements. This PTF includes the following new features:
- Web Interface - Email Browsed File Support
The new Email icon in the Web Interface lets users email a copy of the selected file to the desired recipient.
- TSO/ISPF Menu Online Email Disk Dataset Support
The new Menu System DSEM Online Email command lets users email a copy of the selected data set to the desired recipient.
- TSO/ISPF Menu Online Print Disk Dataset Support
The new DSPR Online Print command in the Menu System lets users print a copy of the selected data set on any Spool printer to which they have access.
- Menu/Web Online EZSP Command - Display ESFEZSP Performance Report
The new EZSP command in the Menu System generates and displays the TCP/IP Print Performance Report for the selected printer or for all printers. This report is also available on the Ezsp tab in the Web Interface.
- Menu/Web Online ELOG Command - Display ESFLOG Extract/Filter Information
The new ELOG command in the Menu System enhances the Online Problem Troubleshooting feature. This command extracts and filters ESFLOG information and messages to an ESFLOG Spool file. The file is then automatically displayed. This feature is also available on the Elog tab in the Web Interface.
- Menu/Web Online ELST Command - Display ESFLIST Printer Configuration
The new ELST command in the Menu System enhances the Online Problem Troubleshooting feature. This command extracts the specified printer definitions to a file. The definitions are then automatically displayed. This feature is also available on the Elist tab in the Web Interface.
- Menu/Web Online EDFR Command - Display ESFDFR Feature Statistics and Use Counts
The new EDFR command in the Menu System invokes the native Display Function Registry (DFR) command writes the Spool feature statistics and use counts to an ESFDFR Spool file. The file is then automatically displayed. This feature is also available on the Edfr tab in the Web Interface.
