    Hello Spool Community!

    This new feature provides support for online troubleshooting using the Spool Menu System or the Web Interface.

    When troubleshooting a problem, users must often access the ESFLOG with all the generated Spool messages, and the ESFLIST with all the ESFPARM/ESFNODE Spool definitions. This feature adds support for:

    • Extracting ESFLOG information messages to an ESFLOG Spool file, and for automatically invoking the Menu Interface Browse command or the Web Interface Browse function to view the ESFLOG Spool file.
    • Extracting all ESFLOG information messages for a given printer to an ESFLOG Spool file, and for automatically invoking the Menu Interface Browse command or the Web Interface Browse function to view the ESFLOG Spool file.
    • Extracting ESFPARM/ESFNODE definitions to an ESFLIST Spool file, and for automatically invoking the Menu Interface Browse command or the Web Interface Browse function to view the ESFLIST Spool file.
