Now Available: Japanese Translation for Toolset on Gen 8.6

Gen has a number of Japanese customers. As such, we deliver some of the Gen users interface with the text translated from English to Japanese. This is done as-needed, based on customer interest. Given the many enhancements to the Toolset in 2022 for consuming RESTful services in Java and CICS applications, the need for those same enhancements to be available in Japanese was well in order.
