The CICS Socket or TCP/IP Services information can be monitored of collected by SYSVIEW.
Out of the box, this collection is disabled.
The collection is driven using a SYSVIEW for CICS Scheduler Event.
Using the CSCHEDUL command, make sure that the "SYSTEM-SOCKETS" event name is ENABLED. This can be viewed in the "Status" column.
The CSTATES parmlib member is delivered out of the box with exception rules to monitor the states of the sockets.
In SYSVIEW 17.0, this can be viewed and modified using the RULES CICS command.
In SYSVIEW 16.9, this can be viewed and modified using the CSTATES command.
CICS socket information is not used in CE APM.

The SYSVIEW for CICS Data Collector monitoring the CICS sockets or IP connections associated with the CICS TCPIP Services. These services can be displayed using the CEMT I TCPIPSERVICE transaction. Using SYSVIEW, the same services can be displayed using the CSOCKETS command. The following metrics are available for monitoring these services with the ability for exceptions and alerting:
CICS_SOCKET_OpenConnections
CICS_SOCKET_Status

Hi Doug
Thank you for your help.
I wanted to ask if there is any other tool that can monitor ports?
Thanks.

Jesus,
SYSVIEW does not do active monitoring/alerting of the data displayed on the IPTCONN (nor IPLISTEN) command.
In your screenshot you have what looks to be a CICS region highlighted. SYSVIEW does have a CICS state metric named CICSTCP that monitors the CICS => TCPIP connection at the region level, such as OPEN or CLOSED. To use this ensure the SYSTEM-FACILITY entry is marked as ENABLED on the CSCHEDUL command for each region. The value of this connection is also displayed in the TCPIP field out to the right on the CICSLIST command display.
Regards, Doug

We want to monitor if any of the connections go down, we need alerts to be generated. This is the screen where we check the connections manually.
It's possible??
thank you for your help.
