Subject: End of Life Announcement for Cross-Enterprise Application Performance Management
Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. To focus our development efforts and to help our customer base achieve their strategic business initiatives, we are investing our resources in new technology and software and will be discontinuing technical support on Cross-Enterprise Application Performance Management (Cross-Enterprise APM). In accordance with the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification of Cross-Enterprise APM End of Life. This notification means Cross-Enterprise APM will no longer be enhanced, and operational and technical support will be discontinued effective February 28, 2025. After February 28, 2025, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.
Broadcom has made z/OS APM Bridge, a component of SYSVIEW Performance Management available as a migration path. We encourage you to migrate to SYSVIEW 17.0 and the z/OS APM Bridge component as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features, functionalities, and enhancements that this new component has to offer. ● The latest supported release of z/OS APM Bridge is available to all licensed SYSVIEW users. All Cross-Enterprise APM only customers have already, or will renew with SYSVIEW Performance Intelligence which includes all necessary components.
