    Subject:  End of Service Announcement for Automation Point 11.6

    Broadcom is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As an OPS/MVS customer, you are entitled to use Automation Point as an off-board automation companion product. In accordance with the Broadcom Software Maintenance Policy Handbook, please consider this email your written notification that we are discontinuing technical support for Automation Point 11.6 effective July 31, 2023.  This will allow our development organization to more effectively focus its resources and add value to the next release of Automation Point.  After July 31, 2023, Broadcom will continue to make self-service support available until the end of your current maintenance term.

    We encourage you to plan for the migration to Automation Point 11.7 as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the features and enhancements this release has to offer. For information on Automation Point, please visit the Automation Point pages at Support.

    As Broadcom would like to make your upgrade to Automation Point 11.7 as straightforward as possible, we are offering the following:

    • The latest supported Version/Release of Automation Point 11.7, at no charge, as long as you have an active maintenance contract for Automation Point.
    • Documentation to help you prepare for your upgrade to Automation Point 11.7 can be viewed here.
    • Accelerated time-to-value when you engage Services to assist you with any or all parts of your upgrade. Additional information can be found at the Services site. Please contact your account representative to receive a quote for such services.
    • Upgrade assistance from qualified local partners. For more information and a list of partners in your area, please contact your local Channel Partner Group office,
