Hi, thanks for your help resolving this. Emails are now getting through to us that were previously bouncing. Much appreciated!

Greetings Robin,
You should no longer have this issue again as we have now removed the remaining config from the back end.
Please test it again and let us know if any further help will be needed.
Regards,
Samir

Posting this again - evidently I chose the wrong option last time - should have been posted as an open ended discussion not a question to be answered - I wasn't able to reply to it!

I'm an ex-customer of MessageLabs/Symantec Email Security.cloud (as of about three years ago!)
There seems to be some record of my domain within the email security.cloud system because nobody who still sends email via email security.cloud is able to email my domain. The emails just bounce.
Everyone else is able to email my domain fine. e.g. if they send email via Microsoft 365, or any other mail security product form any other vendor.
My internet DNS MX records are correct, but email security.cloud is ignoring them.
Can somebody please remove all traces of my domains (especially mail server MX records, and all references to the domain names themselves) from the email security.cloud internal systems?
Happy to share domain details via private message.
Thanks.
