To check the status of your support cases, log in to support.ca.com with your enterprise site ID. If you have multiple IDs, verify the one you’ve opened the case against.
- Click Case Management
- Then choose view cases
To check your access, click on your name at the top of the support page.
Click the CA Support tab – if you see your enterprise site ID number, you’re all set. If this is blank, click the Edit button and use the call or chat feature to get your enterprise site ID from Customer Care.
Here you have the option to display cases by status and other criteria, such as who opened them
The status will also be shown in the case summary below ( see arrow).
A flag or person symbol indicates new activity or pending customer activity ( see ovals).
Clicking on the case will open it so you can edit it or add comments.
