CA TPX Session Management for z/OS

Should a specific fix require pre requisites or co requisites, the maintenance download available from CA Support Online allows you to download the fix and all available dependencies in one action.

• To acquire a specific fix, access the "Published Solutions" and enter the PTF number in the  "Search by Fix/Patch Number" box located towards the bottom of the display and click "GO".
• After clicking "Add to Cart" on the next display, click on "View Download Cart"
• Verify your email address and checkout
• The next display is the "Download Package Details"
  • Towards the top of the display, see "Do you want a complete package for all"? next to a YES/NO radio button
  • Leave default of YES filled in
  • Choose the appropriate Component and Genlevel if more than one appears in the dropdown box
• Complete package will include the requested fix and all available dependencies
  • Creates a zip file for download by a method of your choice

This procedure is relevant to all maintenance available for download for all Mainframe products.
