Hi Anand,
If you go to that download page (https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/product-download.html?subfamily=GEN) before login it will prompt you to login and if your account is registered for a SiteID which has GEN entitlements then you will be able to see the files. Without GEN entitlements you will see a message like above. The same process occurs if you are already logged in before going to the page.
When you registered your account you would have had to enter a SiteID(s) then. I would suggest to call our Customer Care team to get them to check your account for registered SiteIDs and their GEN entitlements.
The support global contact numbers are here: https://www.broadcom.com/support/software/contact
Hope that helps
Regards,
Lynn

Evidently I am doing something wrong? at some point when I was trying this earlier it prompted me to enter my site id which I didn't have at that time. now I do have it, but can't remember where I need to enter it!

Anand,
The link to the Gen product download follows.
https://support.broadcom.com/download-center/product-download.html?subfamily=GEN
The release drop down defaults to 8.5, which you will need to change to 8.6.

Hi
Is there a download link on the product download page for the latest workstation toolset? I searched with CA Gen and Edge and variations thereof and didn't find anything!
Thanks
