A few customers have had access issues recently so these steps should help:
The CA Gen Learning Paths can be found from https://learningpaths.ca.com/gen where you can also login to the Learning@Broadcom Portal.
After you login to the Learning Portal you should be able to search for "CA Gen" and find WBT courses which you can access for free if your Site has active maintenance (https://www.ca.com/us/education-training/free-training.html)
If you encounter problems accessing the Gen Learning Paths/WBT courses, your login may not have the correct SITE ACCESS setup for your Site ID which has the
active maintenance.
To resolve the SITE ACCESS problem login to
https://www.broadcom.com and under "CA Technologies Software" go to the "Software Support Portal" (
https://casupport.broadcom.com). Under "MY ACCOUNT" there is an option "SITE ACCESS REQUEST" which can be used to request specific access for your active maintenance Site ID. After that is granted recheck your access to the Gen Learning Paths/WBT courses.
