    Kind of new to VSE world. running z/VSE 6.2
    Attempting to define the Dynam/T catalog file. My steps are to:
    • define the file in STDLABUS PROC
    • run the proc to update the STDLABUS
    • Verify the files on SYSWK1 by displaying the VTOC
    I know I have space on SYSWK1 yet the file is not defined.

    As I understand it, the next step, once the file is defined,  would be to run the proc to initialize the CATALOG:

    // EXEC DYNCAT,SIZE=128K
    INITIAL DATASETS=500 SHARE=NO CISIZE=2048

    any thoughts?
