    Hi,
    I recently installed SYSVIEW v16.
The CSI that was created did not have a SMPHRPT DDDEF included.
For those who do not know, SMPHRPT (if defined) will contain all output about HOLDS.
If this DDDEF does not exist, the information will be in SMPRPT along with a lot of other information.

I would like to ask that a product is installed and a new CSI is created, the SMPHRPT DDDEF is created by the installation job.

This should apply to all products, not just SYSVIEW.

    Hi Gadi,

Thanks for the information on the SMPHRPT DDDEF at CA Sysview 16.0..
When i check the SAMPJCL job INST0001 there is indeed no statement to define the SMPHRPT DDDEF...
However when i check the CSM (Chorus Software Manager, MSM), then i see a DDDEF for this :  DDDEF SMPHRPT = SYSOUT

Also when i check my CSI under CSM, Global zone, i see :  name SMPHRPT and Description SYSOUT(*)

Also when when i check my CSM created CA Sysview 16.0 CSI, i see under ISPF SMPE cross-zone query.. :

    Entry Type: DDDEF
    Entry Name: SMPHRPT
    SYSOUT CLASS: *

There is a difference between the CSM and the non-CSM (SMPE) installation procedures..
I will contact product management and make them aware of this difference..

    Best regards
    Hennie Hermans
