Digital Certificate Not Connected To A KeyRing

    When displaying a digital certificate via the CHKCERT command and the results say, "Certificate Is Not Connected To Any Key Rings", can we assume the certificate is not in use?  If it is possible the certificate is in use, can you explain the scenario where that could occur?  Thanks.
