PWPHRASE LIDZMAX?

GSO record has PWPHRASE MAXDAYS(90), individual user id PWPHRASE profile record has PWP-MAXD(0). We need to have non-expiring pwphrase for certain users, does the LIDZMAX apply for pwphrase, if not what option do we have to enable non-expiring pwphrase.
