Terma Software was recently acquired by Broadcom and we wanted to give you more detail about what this means to you, our valued customers.

Our goal with this acquisition is to provide the leading workload visualization and service level management solution spanning multiple workload automation vendors across both mainframe and distributed platforms. This acquisition allows us to advance this strategic goal.

Within Broadcom, we are proud to provide the industry's broadest set of workload capabilities, this includes CA Workload Automation iDash. While the development, release, and timing of Broadcom products remain and Broadcom's discretion, Broadcom will continue to protect your investments in CA Workload Automation iDash. This includes:

    - We will continue to develop CA Workload Automation iDash per our customer roadmap commitments
    - We have no current plans to sunset, stop or otherwise discontinue the support, ongoing maintenance and committed development plans of CA Workload Automation iDash

Rest assured your existing investments will remain protected while we work on this exciting new roadmap that we will share with you over the coming months. We remain focused on your success!
