    Hello Christine,

    Please follows the steps provided in the link below to get registered to the Site/company you need to have access

    Support Portal - Registering for Additional Site Access

    Having submitting a request online,  the site's user administrator or the Customer Care team will review and  process your registration, based on CA Broadcom Business Rules and once you get the site access, you should be able to access the Release and Support Lifecycle Dates (Product EOS).
