  • 1.  RC/Migrator Support for as-generated-expression-clause

DB2 11 added the feature of defining columns to be generated as an expression, which could include the data change operation, special registers, or session variables.  This enhances auditing capabilities to be able to track who and what updated a row.

RC/Migrator does not currently support this feature.  However RC/Query does support it, and can correctly generate DDL for existing tables with these kinds of columns.  We need full support for these types of columns within the DB2 Tools products.

Hello Jeff - hope things are well your way despite the chaos going on with the virus.
I am sorry you haven't received a reply yet, but it seems like you're looking for the relative new features where Db2 will save the SQL operation as well who did the operation. This has been requested by quite a few users and is expected to be available in a couple of months in r20 via a PTF.
