It appears to be related to our going to a licensing agreement for Capacity on Demand with IBM on our processor. We had to let all of other vendors know and agree to it. The MIPS designation is for the Capacity on Demand feature. It does tie back to the same underlying product.
We have had an issue with downloading the latest maintenance with Chorus MSM, but I have been working with Lisle support to debug it. If you want more info you can check with James Ellis. He created the issue and can give you more "sausage making" details from your side.
