    after signing on to support, below the literal CASE MANAGEMENT>

    there appears to be a row of characters in an ASIATIC?? language

     

    this row does not appear under any other of the three categories

     

    I didn't / don't think this was / is worthy of an issue, but does any one know if this WAD or is this an ... opportunity

    (I have included a snapshot)

    We have provided support for Japanese cases via the portal. If you click on this link you will also notice that our Japanese customers can now more easily manage their cases.
