    I want to reorg a tablespace and in the same step discard old rows using WHEN.

    I have only one table in the tablespace but creator.tablename is not delivered by CA DATABASE ANALYZER 

    DISCARD FROM TABLE %CREATOR..%TBNAME                        
        WHEN (D_CHANGE_TIMESTAMP < CURRENT TIMESTAMP - 475 DAYS)

    I'd recommend that you open a case with support for Database Analyzer.
