You want VTAM to check the status of applications used in SOLVE:Access? Then you need to do two things:
1. Use command
APPLSTAT APPL=applicationname
for each desired application. A good place for these commands is procedure $ACINIT which is executed during
Start of SOLVE:Access.
2. The frequence of checking by VTAM is determined by System Parameter APPLSTIV. That parameter is set in Parameter Group $AC ACINIT.
