    Since Solve:Operations 11.0 and Netmaster 11.6, the Global Variables can be stored in VFS using Persistent Global Variable (PGV) facility and are automatically loaded when the region is started.

    PGV can be invoked through /PVARS and can be saved through the Peristent Variable List or through process macros or  calls to PGV procedure $CAGLBL.
