    ATTENTION:  CA Dispatch customers,

     

    We've recently identified a compatibility problem between CA Dispatch and the new z14 processors that results in the CADZSAPx (SAPI) task receiving S0E0 and/or S0C4 abends when it attempts to process a dataset out of JES.

     

    Currently, test fix ST00682 is available to resolve the problem for CA Dispatch release 11.7 customers. And test fix ST00702 is available for our release 11.6 customers.

     

    We should have published versions of both fixes (SO00682 and SO00702) available within about a week.

     

    Any customer running a supported release of CA Dispatch who is contemplating an upgrade to a z14 processor will want to make sure that they have the appropriate fix in place prior to the upgrade.
