    Hello CA Dispatch users and fellow Community members,

     

    If you haven't seen one of these "CADD342S" messages before, it is possible at some point in the future that you will.

     

    If and when you do, you are going to want to refer to recently published knowledge article TEC1372953 for information on how you should followup in order to avoid receiving the same error again upon restarting the SAPI tasks.

     

    I just thought this might be good information for our CA Dispatch users to have, so that's all for now.
