    If you get the following message trying to install CA OM WebViewer r12.1:

    It appears CA OM Web Viewer is already installed in this folder.

     

    Solution:

    You Cannot install into an existing directory even if it is empty

    At the Choose Install Folder prompt - add a subfolder to the path

    To make these easier to find down the road, can you please use "Tuesday tips" (no CA or underscore) and just "tips" as tags for these? Thanks!
