We're testing CA ALC 3.0IR3 and integration with CA SCM 13.0 INC3. In a defaukt installation after configure integration we are getting this error trying to create a harvest package from CA ALC Proyect or Requirement.
Error logs shows following message:

Any idea or suggestion will be appreciated. Another installation with old versions (CA ALC 3.0 IR2 and CA Harvest 13.0 INC02) works fine with same settings.
