JES configuration module not found for JES2 version 2.4

Hello,
We are testing on one our test lpar Z/Os 2.4 and I found in sysview this message:

GSV3702E (MAIN) TK20 JES configuration module not found for JES2 version 2.4
GSV3710E (MAIN) JES2 services initialization failed

We are running Sysview version 15 and ptf 10 package  (for version 15 ''The JES Configuration Module Installation Step Has Been Removed'')

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Hi Jan,

CA Sysview 15.0 indeed removed the configuration module because we incorporate the new releases in the module when they are released..
There is however a minimum requirement of maintenance to the product to support z/OS 2.4... Feature ptf 10 (SO06572) only isnt enough to support z/OS 2.4..
If you check our z/OS compatibility page at the support website ( https://ftpdocs.broadcom.com/WebInterface/phpdocs/0/MSPSaccount/COMPAT/zos_compat.HTML ) You will find there are 4 solutions needed for z/OS 2.4.
These are solution SO10211, SO10670, SO11829 and SO12317...

Hi,
So I've installed latest maintenace, JES configuration module is now ok, but I got this error is output of installation job.

In upgrade job I have this parameter :

//CNVTSECU EXEC PGM=GSVXCNVS,PARM='GSVX'

Found on Broadcom site, but this is for version 16, and I have 15.

Can you help, please?

Hi again, sorry for that question before.
I've changed parameter from GSVX to 'SSID=GSVX' and it's ok now.
So problem solved :-)
