    Thanks

    Hi Chris,

First of all, ALL the best wishes to you and your family for 2022..
For the question on the FEConnection in CICS..
Please check the CTRANLOG screen in Sysview..
There is some monitor information on the TYPE FEPI (value SZ)..

See if that gives you the required information..
If not, please let us know exactly what numbers you are looking for...

    Best regards,

Happy New Year Hennie, what we are doing right now, is issue the the following command every 4 hours and parsing it out to verify the connections are active.   It would be nice to have real time monitoring of the connection.    Any ideas?

    F cicsxxxx,CEMT I FEC T(yyyyyy)

    Hi Chris,
I checked with sustained engineering because i couldnt find anything other then the CTRANLOG, and this was answered:
If a CICS transaction makes FEPI requests, the data will be recorded in our transaction record.
However, this is NOT what the customer is requesting.
The customer wants SYSVIEW to contain displays equivalent to the following CICS CEMT command displays.
    CEMT I FEConnection
    CEMT I FENode
    CEMT I FEPOol
    CEMT I FEPRopset
    CEMT I FETarget
The **** answer is, we do not currently have these displays.
Please ask the customer to open an enhancement request.
The customer can use our "CCEMT" command to issue the CEMT I FExxxx commands.
The results would be available using our APIs.

    ** end comment..

Because of the recording of the FEPI requests by Sysview, they are available in the CTRANLOG screens..
Until now we didnt get as request to show this information..
Please use the CCEMT command to enter the CEMT I FExxxxx command or/and raise an Idea (Enhancement Request) in the communities to get this information in the screens...
    Best regards

    Hi Chris,
i see there are some strange characters in the answer...

    It says:

The **** answer is, we do not currently have these displays.

    But it should be :
The answer is, we do not currently have these displays.

Sorry for this...  Dont know how it gets there...

Also, please raise an Idea (enhancement request) to get this considered..
    Best regards

Thanks Hennie, it was worth a shot.  I'll see if there are any messages that we can key off of for monitoring.
