    Hi Team,

We have been manually releasing the CICS terminal release for  user when the request,We do by logging into  the CICS regions

We use  Automation tool OPS/MVS and use sysview

I would like to know if we have any specific message in sysview to point the below error message to user to trap in OPS/MVS   and release from sysview commands through automation

CREMOTE AND CTERMS -We can see the terminal ids

    CICS MESSAGE:

DFHSN1129 07/06/2020 14:04:12 CICSREGIONS  Signon at netname XXXXXXX  by user USERID   has failed because the user is already signed on elsewhere.

    Hi Prakash,
For you question on the CICS message and executing some CA Sysview commands you could use CA OPS...

If the DFHSN1129 messages dont reach the SYSLOG, or OPSLOG for CA OPS, then you possible can use the COF (CICS Operations Facility) of CA OPS to catch the message.

You can then start a rexx and use the CA Sysview to perform some actions... Possibly when using the CA Sysview CTASKS command you can find the transaction and terminal the user is allocated to... And then you can take the appropriate actions via CA OPS or CA Sysview to disconnect the user of the CICS region.

    For CA OPS/MVS COF see :  https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/automation/ca-ops-mvs-event-management-and-automation/13-5/using/using-ca-ops-mvs/cics-operations-facility.html
For the CA OPS/MVS Sysview interface see : https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/automation/ca-ops-mvs-event-management-and-automation/13-5/reference-information/command-and-function-reference/host-environment-commands/address-sysviewe-interface-to-ca-sysview.html

    Best regards
