It depends on what you mean by 'deny almost everything'.
If you truly don't want them to be able to do anything this can be accomplished by specifying Interfaces NONE in the Miscellaneous section of the user group.
If you mean
almost everything then you'll need to go through most of the sections specifying appropriate definitions. One aid could be to use the FILL command in the Commands section. You could do FILL ACCESS F 1-9999 to quickly fail all commands, and then selectively change a few of them to A.

E.g.
In sysview panel SECURIT3, Security User Group -> in User IDs section i will setup all userids
and then i want to denny almost everything for that users. Is there any kind of "one button" solution ?
