When I use the SurveyMonkey link and reply to the survey, under "What is your experience with each of these products?" it will not allow me to select more than one time period for each of the product.  In other words, if I select "10 to 15 Years" for Automation Point, then try to select "10 to 15 Years" for OPS/MVS, my check mark for OPS/MVS clears out the check mark under Automation Point.

Sorry about that.  The survey has been updated and should be working correctly now.
