    Team,

     

    Need quick help seems to be this not able to open error after upgrade of CICS (Datacom region is on hold to upgrade). Can you throw some light.

     

    DC00177E  URT 0410 OPEN ERROR,  RC=69 071

    DBOC OPEN=410

    DC00177E  URT 0410 OPEN ERROR,  RC=69 071

    DC00380I  TRANSACTION COMPLETED.

    Hi Siva, 

    RC 69(071) means that the index of one of the DBIDs  that you use in this URT is not loaded. 
    Check the CICS and MUF log to see what  DBID that is or run in CICS DBOC INQ=410.???

    Once you know which DBID that is then you need to rebuild the index by running DBUTLTY INIT AREA=IXX,DBID=your dbid and RETIX DBID=your dbid,OPTIMIZE=YES,SORTDFLT=YES,SORT=1
