    Good morning,
    one of our customers is asking us to update Symantec Endpoint.
    The customer has lost the license file and therefore we are unable to download software or open support tickets at this time.
    Is it possible to search for the customer and send the license file back to the holder?
    In compliance with your policies, is it possible to have a reference (name or email address) in order to contact him?

    If your customer has purchased the product from Broadcom, then they would have received the contract number, site id or the serial number. If they have the site id then, please ask them to add the site id to their profile and download the license file from the support portal by following these steps.
    If they do not have the site id, request for their site id by using the Site Id Form
