If your customer has purchased the product from Broadcom, then they would have received the contract number, site id or the serial number. If they have the site id then, please ask them to
add the site id to their profile and download the license file from the support portal by following these
steps.
If they do not have the site id, request for their site id by using the
Site Id Form.
