  • 1.  How to check newly released software

    Hello,

     

    I need to know if there is newly released software or patches for the time being.

    Is there any good way to confirm it?

    Do I have to check Broadcom portal site manually everyday?

    It is good for me if there is RSS or similar function.

    Hello Uchida Akio, 

    There is an option to subscribe for product notifications for things like new product releases, patches, or critical alerts on Support Portal. 
    If you would like to subscribe to product notifications, please follow the steps mentioned in the document

    Regarding RSS or Similar function, I will have to check with our internal team. Also, may I know if you need an RSS function for a particular product or all the products?

    Thank you for your reply.
    I checked your sharing steps but I heard it was not fully met our requests from a person in Japn branch.
    The "notification" can not let me know the all the changes.
    We'd like to know even minor update or information.


    Regarding RSS function, I'd like to all the products.
    Especially, PAM,PIM,SSO and APIGW.

    Hi Uchida, 

    Product Notification subscription in CA Support Portal is the only way to get product notifications. Not sure, if there is an RSS function or similar functionality within the product. To confirm if there is any functionality available within the product, suggest you contact the Technical Support team by posting your query on the product community or by creating a case with them.

    If you would like to get community updates, there are two ways to set up for notifications.

    One is to add a daily digest or weekly when you join a community (Please join a particular product community to get updates).  You can edit it after the fact using settings as shown in the picture below:

    The second is RSS feeds which a user can add via their profile by going to profile and selecting "RSS feeds" in "My Account"

    Then subscribe to the specific thread or threads
